Cerro can also provide a turnkey part including machining, finishing, assembly and special packaging.

We have in-house tool and die manufacturing capabilities and in-house heat treating too (T4, T6, T73 & T74) ensuring quick lead times from sampling to production. We typically forge 6061 and 7075 series alloys, but we can also forge more unique 6000 and 7000 series materials.

Cerro’s ISO9001:2015 quality system includes CMM part validation, blue light scanning, simulation software, 3D printing and SolidWorks.
